Longer than the Standard Rain Cover it fits the Independence when the Extended Footwell is fitted (the Independence MAX).
The Extended Rain Cover slots over the handlebar and fits over the sun canopy (with only two of the three panels open) down to the extended footwell where it can be secured with velcro straps. At the rear a 'legionnaires flap' protects the back of the seat even when reclined.
